Beagle Surveyors is a private Building Surveying Consultancy, run by Michael Harding MRICS. We are based in Knighton, Powys, serving the Welsh Marches and West Wales. After achieving a First Class Honours degree in Building Surveying at APU Chelmsford in 2000, Michael worked in local private surveying practices in East Anglia until he set up his own consultancy, Beagle Surveyors, in 2009. The principal focus of our work is on ‘traditional’ residential surveying – pre-purchase surveys and reports for prospective home buyers. We also have extensive experience in Planning and Building Regulations matters and are fully conversant and experienced in AutoCAD 2D, and are able to offer a design service for extensions and alterations. We are also able to advise and act on commercial dilapidations, on behalf of either Landlord or Tenant. |
